We totally get it, shopping online, in general, has always lacked the benefit of view/touch/try before purchase, making returns a big issue for our environment, excess cost on e-commerce businesses and not fair for the consumer who is not 100% satisfied.  To help prevent this issue, we will be developing sample scents that will be available for purchase online in the near future.  In the meantime, we try to best depict a description and scent strength using our own impression as well as customers' descriptions. 

Because we care deeply for the environment, we do not offer free shipping on returns.  If you decide you don’t like the scent, even if your purchase has been used, we will be happy to exchange it for you, all you need to do is email us at candles@crimsonyard.net to let us know you’re shipping your purchase back and address your return to Crimson Yard P.O Box 514 Bracebridge Ontario P1L 1T8. When we receive your return, don't worry, it will not be thrown away, we will reprocess it, back to brand new for resale.  If you decide to choose another scent, remember, you will receive Free Shipping on orders of $100.00 to reduce the number of shipments.  Shipments are drastically reduced over time when multiple items are ordered at once to a single address.
